As a busy mom who also works part-time and attends law school, I needed a solution that was quick and easy. I don't have time to meal prep and I am lucky to work out once per week.  Since incorporating our nutrition system I have lost: 2 pant sizes, the "squishy" post-baby belly, the foggy "mommy brain," and afternoon sugar cravings. I have gained: more energy and mental clarity to handle work, school, and motherhood' more time since I don't have to waste time trying to figure out what I am going to eat for breakfast and lunch' confidence in my body and comfort in my own skin' hundreds of new friends who support me on a daily basis and keep me both motivated and accountable.
